Our story
Welcome to Wilo's Country Kitchen, a locally owned gem nestled in Ballarat, Victoria, Australia. Our food and coffee trailer is driven by a simple mission: to serve heartwarming, delicious meals crafted from quality ingredients.
Our journey began with a passion for volunteering at our local Pony Club Canteen, which led us to owning a Fish & Chip shop right here in Ballarat. From there, we expanded into catering for various events, always with the goal of sharing our culinary creations with the community.
